Guardian Angel Sponsorship

Sponsoring an animal was created to allow everyone, even if they can’t adopt or volunteer their time, to help animals find forever homes or help those that may not be able to be adopted, continue to stay in their foster home . There are two ways you can sponsor our critters in need.

 

Provide a guardian angel donation to cover the adoption donation that would normally be charged.  This permits another individual to adopt the pet at no cost. Our current adoption fees are:

$300 for a dog, $60 for a cat & $95 for a kitten, but any donation can be put towards an adoption.

 

Provide an on-going care donation for a particular cat or dog.  This is particularly needed for those pets that have special needs for ongoing veterinary care or who may not be adopted due to behavioral issues or advanced age. We provide "hospice-type" care for many sick cats and dogs and need donations to cover the costs of their medications & veterinary care. Contact us for a list of animals that are receiving special care.

Leave a legacy to the animals you love.Planned gifts ensure that Castaway Critters can continue to save the lives of homeless pets for years to come.

Guardian Angels are dedicated friends of Castaway Critters who have committed to leaving a legacy of financial support through a bequest or other planned gift arrangement. Including Castaway Critters in your estate planning will mean shelter, food, veterinary care, medication and loving new homes for homeless animals long after your lifetime.

    -All unrestricted gifts received through a planned gift are placed into our general funds account & our Operations Catnip Account. Over time, these funds will help us continue our mission to save homeless pets at risk, spay or neuter outdoor cats and pets of families who could not otherwise afford it and provide emergency care to animals that need us the most.
