Operation CatNIP Spay/Neuter Clinics 

for pet cats of low income residents of the city of Harrisburg and any feral cats in the city of Harrisburg.

Appointments are necessary and can be made by calling 831-5010, line 2.


All services are free for residents of the City of Harrisburg who receive governnment assistance or are low income. Services include the spay or neuter surgery and rabies shots. Appointments are necessary and can be made by calling 831-5010, line 2. Please include your full name, complete address, phone number, number of cats that need spayed or neutered, whether the cats are male or female and the type of government assistance you're receiving. We will contact you to confirm your appointment.
