Operation CatNIP Spay/Neuter Clinics 

for pet cats and feral cats of City of Harrisburg residents receiving government assistance

Clinics will be held the 3rd Saturday of each month at Tri County OIC in the City of Harrisburg. Appointments are necessary and can be made by calling 831-5010, line 2. The clinics are sponsored by Castaway Critters, CPAA, and Tri-County OIC.

Spay/neuter clinics are for cats (pet cats, barn cats, feral cats, stray cats). Appointments are required.


All services are free for residents of the City of Harrisburg who receive governnment assistance. Services include the spay or neuter surgery, distemper and rabies shots and a treatment for fleas/worms/ticks/ear mites. Appointments are necessary and can be made by calling 831-5010, line 2. Please include your full name, complete address, phone number, number of cats that need spayed or neutered, whether the cats are male or female and the type of government assistance you're receiving. We will contact you to confirm your appointment.
