All services are free for residents of the City of Harrisburg who receive governnment assistance or are low income. Services include the spay or neuter surgery and rabies shots. Appointments are necessary and can be made by calling 831-5010, line 2. Please include your full name, complete address, phone number, number of cats that need spayed or neutered, whether the cats are male or female and the type of government assistance you're receiving. We will contact you to confirm your appointment.
Low-cost Spay/Neuter Express clinics are available and open to the general public.For appointments, call 732-5377, mailbox 5.
