Adoption Application

Lots of animal friends are waiting to meet you at Castaway Critters. They want to share your life and be your loving companion. Whatever type of cat companion (and sometimes dogs) you are seeking, we probably have your favorite species in several shapes, sizes, colors, ages and personalities.

Please contact us to find out if a particular animal is still available, as well as to find out about animals not featured online.

• All dogs and cats, already spayed/neutered.**
• Pets have been vaccinated to prevent many diseases.
• Puppies have received their first set of shots, but need more as do kittens.
• General health and behavior screening.
• Cats are tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV.
• Cats are given age-appropriate FVRCP and Rabies vaccines.
• Cats are dewormed however we always recommend you take a fecal sample to your first vet appointment for additional screening.
• Cats are treated for fleas, ticks and ear mites.
• Continuing support if you have questions about your pet.
• A lifetime companion.
• The satisfaction of knowing you have saved a life!

2010 SUMMER Adoption Fee

Cat or Kitten: $40.00 for one cat or two (at the same time)

(Kitten and Cat Aoption Fees Reduced until Aug 31, 2010)

Dogs or Puppies: $225 

You must be 21 years old to adopt a pet from Castaway Critters.

**Special note: We require a spay/neuter prior to adoption.  You may have to wait for your pet to be spayed or neutered if he/she has not already been fixed.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Mission is SPAY and NEUTER therefore we will verify that all pets in your home are spayed or neutered. Exceptions to this policy would be that the animal is too young to be altered or medical reasons supported by your veternarian. We do not adopt to breeders. 

PLEASE BE SURE YOUR CURRENT PETS ARE UP TO DATE ON VACCINES FOR THIER SAFTEY AND FOR THE SAFTEY OF YOUR NEW PET!
